Kitchens include a standard ceramic stove (50 cm), a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-chiller. Apartments have connections for a dishwasher (60 cm) and a laundry machine (60 cm). The kitchen has a detachable wheeled unit in the dishwasher reservation. There is also a reservation for a microwave oven in the kitchen cabinets. There is an underfloor heating in the bathroom. Flats are equipped with light fixtures in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom, fire alarms required by the law and Venetian blinds in the windows. Apartments have a rail on one wall for attaching paintings etc. All balconies are glazed and the apartments that have a yard/terrace have a tiling.

The apartments have a door phone with a voice connection. The laundry and drying rooms are located on the first floor (ground floor) of the building. Tenants need to get their own lock to the property storage’s door. Access to the bicycle and pram storage from the ramp below the front yard terrace. Each apartment has an own space in the bicycle storage (check the numbers!). Waste disposal units are next to the ramp to the yard deck.
