Applications open on 18th Feb for the new locations

We’re excited to announce the application dates for our this year’s first new locations. Applications for Rauhaniemi 34 and Willa Amanda (Pinninkatu 47) will be open already on 18th of February! The new tenants are estimated to be able to move into Willa Amanda in Pinninkatu in August and to the new Rauhaniemi building in September.

More houses will be built at Hippos, and the first one to be applied for will be building 1D where the new tenants will be able to move into in August on estimate. The applications for this building open also on 18^th of February. At the end of the year, one more house of Hippos is planned to be completed, and the opening of the applications and other dates will be announced later.

The renovation of our Kanjoni property began at the beginning of the year, and the new tenants are estimated to be able to move into the new apartments in October. Applications for this location will open during the spring.

Note! When you apply to Rauhaniemi 34 and Hippos, you can get an offer for a house that is already completed, because all applications are generally directed under the same location number, i.e. there is no separate application system for new apartments.
