Our new Rauhaniemi 32 location was complited in the summer of 2024 next to the old Rauhaniemi houses in a wonderful location close to Näsijärvi and Kauppi terrains.
The new building has been built in a great location in Rauhaniemi and has 67 modern apartments for the various needs of student life – now for the first time in TOAS: each apartment is equipped with their own dishwasher. Especially for sauna and outdoor enthusiasts, this location has a lot to offer: in addition to the house’s own sauna, there is the popular Rauhaniemi sauna and winter swimming possibility next door and the versatile trails invite you to nature.
There are water meters in each apartment, ie the tenant pays a water fee according to consumption. The water billing price is based on the water and electricity utility’s prices.
The location is completely non-smoking.
A construction site of the new Rauhaniemi 34 house is located next to the location, which can cause noise until the summer of 2025. The application for the new house open on 18th February. When you submit an application to Rauhaniemi 34 house, you can also get an offer for Rauhaniemi 32, that is already completed, because all applications are generally directed under the same location number, i.e. there is no separate application system for the new apartments.
