Prepare for your apartment inspection with TOAS’s new digital move-out tasklist.

Before your move-out date, you will receive a text message and/or email containing a personal link to a tasklist related to your apartment. Designed for use on a mobile device, the tasklist guides you step by step through emptying the apartment and completing the final cleaning.

Once all tasks have been completed, you will be asked to take photos and a short video showing the condition of the apartment before you move out.

By completing all the tasks and marking them as done in the tasklist, you can ensure a smooth move-out process and avoid any additional charges.
