Improving living together

Over the past year, we have received a great deal of valuable feedback from our tenants. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond! Your input helps us enhance our services and improve everyday living in your student homes.

Based on your feedback, we have already introduced several improvements:

• Communication is being improved through visual notices displayed on noticeboards across our locations. Topics include tenant activity, laundry room cleanliness, items left in hallways, waste sorting, and fault reports.
• Our website is updated weekly to ensure information remains up to date and easy to find.
• Accessibility is being improved by installing door closers on bicycle storage doors.
• Safety and considerate behaviour are promoted by highlighting topics in our newsletters that we can address together with our tenants.
• Common rooms are being refreshed, with the goal of renovating five spaces in 2026. We are making good progress towards this goal, and the cleanliness of the facilities is being actively monitored.
