The year 2022 in TOAS was marked by uncertainty about the global situation, but also by certainty about our own actions and, consequently, bold decisions. The highlights of the year were new construction and renovations.

The challenging and, in many ways, unpredictable beginning of the year turned positive after summer, when students began to return to TOAS’s destinations and apartment applications became historically numerous. The year also included major decisions when the construction of TOAS Hippos began – and, at the same time, the focus was on future forms of housing.
