New student! Accept the first offer you get

Our apartments fill up quickly during the spring and we cannot guarantee that there will be enough apartments for those who want them at the end of the summer. That’s why we recommend that you accept the first apartment offer right away, because you may not get a new one later. After receiving the offer, your application will be removed from our system and your new application will be placed last in the system.

In the late summer and autumn, new students from out of town (selected in the joint application of the same year) have priority for shared apartments and family apartments.

You can apply for several different apartment types with different applications. So you can first apply for a shared apartment and receive an offer for a room, and at the same time continue waiting for, for example, a studio apartment.
