Starting from 14th October 2024 TOAS office welcomes clients in a new address in Hippos, Kaleva. Entrance to the office is via 1 A-block. The office is located on the 2nd floor.

The TOAS Hippos plot will still be partly a construction site for a long time. Please note this when visiting TOAS office. Follow the guided routes.

Opening hours:

We will serve customers in the office in matters related to picking up keys Mon-Fri from 12 noon to 3.30 pm. Our telephone service is open from 10 am to 3.30 pm.

On the first working day of each month TOAS office is open from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm.

Parking is possible on Uimalankatu or gas station ‘ABC Kaleva’ with a parking disk, and near are tram and bus stops called Hippos.

You cannot park in the immediate vicinity of the office door.

Key pick-up locker

The key pick-up locker moves to the entrance lobby of building 1 A, and the entrance door and locker open with the code that can be found in the message sent to the customer.

Key return box

The key return box is located on the ground floor of building 1 B. There are stickers on the door to indicate the key return hatch.
