Applications for apartments in Veikkola 1 and Rauhaniemi 36 are now open

Applications are now open for apartments in two TOAS locations: Veikkola 1, which is being completed after an extensive renovation, and the new Rauhaniemi 36 building.

Rauhaniemi 36 is scheduled for completion in early summer 2027. We will announce the exact completion date in spring 2027. Apartments in Rauhaniemi 36 are not applied for separately. Instead, applications are submitted through the general application process for the Rauhaniemi housing complex. The other buildings in Rauhaniemi have all been completed within the last few years.
