Changes to Submitting Fault Report from 21 September
17.09.2026A new feature will be introduced in the myTOAS tenant portal on 21 September 2026. In the future, fault reports will be submitted through a dedicated fault reporting section. The old fault report form will be discontinued.
The new feature will be actively developed during a three-month transition period, taking into account feedback from both maintenance companies and tenants.
What does this change mean for tenants?
The change will make submitting and tracking a fault report easier than ever for tenants. The tenant only needs to provide information about the fault, and the report will be automatically linked to the tenant’s apartment.
When the maintenance company takes on the job, the tenant can conveniently see the fault report status change directly in the tenant portal. If the maintenance company forwards the fault report to a contractor, this will also be shown under Tasks in the tenant portal.
The tenant’s previously submitted fault reports will remain available in the portal.

If you cannot use the tenant portal
Tenants who are unable to create myTOAS credentials and therefore cannot use the tenant portal should submit a fault report using the updated public fault report form.
For these situations, we will provide a separate link.
