Answer our feedback surveys – you can help improve apartment life and have the chance to win movie tickets!

We send monthly feedback surveys to our tenants to help us develop our operations.

In the surveys, we ask new and moving tenants for feedback on the smoothness of the moving process and those who have submitted a fault report for feedback on the handling of the reports. We also collect feedback on each location during the period of residence. All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for Finnkino movie tickets.

We read the feedback regularly and make various improvements and measures based on that. This year, based on feedback we have received, issues related to winter maintenance, gym equipment and scheduling of moving days have been taken as development targets. We also decided to expand the locations included in Jussi’s paint set based on the wishes we received. In addition, we have taken note of many wishes from different locations for the future.
