Changes in broadband connections

During the summer and early autumn, changes will be made to TOAS’s internet connection in stages, and in the future, the internet connection in all our apartments will be ready to use immediately when the tenant moves in. This means that tenants no longer need to register as a Telia customer and make a contract or terminate it when moving out.   

For existing agreements, i.e. those currently living at TOAS, the change will come into effect from 1 September 2025. The change will take place in about 2 weeks, after which everyone will have a ready-to-use internet connection. Telia will soon send a message to current tenants about the termination of the contract. If you have purchased additional speed for your broadband subscription, this contract will remain in effect until you terminate your contract yourself.  

The change will come into effect immediately for new contracts starting, i.e. in all new contracts starting during the summer, the internet connection in the apartments will be ready to use immediately. This also applies to our new locations to be completed. 

The broadband operates normally at the same speed as before, 200 Mbit/s. Additional speed cannot be purchased from Telia for the new broadband connection.
