Picking up and returning keys at TOAS office on moving day 1 August

Moving day is Thursday 1 August. Please note the following when you come to pick up the keys:

• TOAS office is open 8.15 am – 3.30 pm. The office has face-to-face service only in matters related to picking up the keys. If you need a storage cage or a parking space, please take care of inquiries and reservations in advance (parking spaces are rented via eParking).
• There is a lot of people moving in August so be prepared to wait and queue at the office
• Take your ID ready to get the keys

Returning the keys:

• Return your keys in an envelope with your name and TOAS address written on it to the drop box next to the office door
• Key transfer agreements to TOAS office by email or to the drop box next to the office door

Phone and email are exceptionally open from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm
