You can apply to the renovated apartments of Mikontalo’s B-block starting 22 Dec

Mikontalo’s B-block’s renovated apartments are open for applications from 22 December. The shared apartments in B-block have been completely renovated and converted into studios and family apartments. There will be renovated 22.5-square-meter studios and 40.5-square-meter family apartments in the B-block.

• New applicant: submit a studio apartment application to Mikontalo with location number 401
• Old applicant: edit your studio application in the system by adding Mikontalo to the application. If you already have an application for Mikontalo, go update/apply for the location again, and the new apartments will be updated in your application. If necessary, also edit the maximum rent.

The tenancy agreements for the renovated apartments in B-block will start on March 1, 2024. Before we start making apartment offers for renovated apartments, applicants can leave a request (e.g. floor) for the apartment. We collect the requests using a form that is open from 10 to 14 January 2024. We start sending the offers on 16 January 2024.
