New apartments to Uusi Domus

Location Uusi Domus will have four new apartments in the premises of the former kindergarten. This will expand the apartment selection to family and shared apartments in addition to the studios. The new apartments and their basic rents without the facility usage fee are as follows:

• One studio 36,1 square meters, rent 460 euros.
• Two family apartments 49,7 square meters, rent 600 euros.
• One shared apartment of 3 rooms 63,3 square meters (total area), rents of the rooms 207-315 euros (sizes of the rooms: room A 18,9 m2, room B 10,5 m2 and room C 13,6 m2 )

The apartments will be offered normally based on the queue. Tenancy agreements for the above mentioned apartments will start on 1.6.2019. New photos will be added after Easter holidays.
