The kitchens have a standard 50 cm stove, full height fridge/freezer and a cooker hood (connected to the house ventilation system). Furnishings include a ceiling lamp in the hallway, kitchen table top lamps, bathroom lamp and blinds. All apartments have connections for a 60 cm washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a detachable wheeled unit in the space of the dishwasher reservation. The kitchen cabinet has a space reservation and an electrical connection for the microwave. The bathroom has an underfloor heating. The apartments have a door phone with a voice connection.
Apartments are equipped with an automatic fire detector and fire sprinkler system. The tenants must be careful close to the sprinklers. It is absolutely forbidden to touch the sprinklers. The sprinkler piping is always pressurized so breaking a sprinkler head will cause water damage. The sprinkler bulb reacts to heat and bursts at the temperature of 68 ºC. The automatic fire detector reacts for smoke and heat.
The laundry and drying room are located on the lower -1 floor of the building. Tenants need to get their own lock to the property storage door. Each apartment has an own space in the bicycle storage (check the numbers!).
Barbecues (including electric barbeques) on Espantorni’s balconies are prohibited due to the fire alarm and sprinkler system on the balconies.
