Signing documents without a printer

Did you know that you can sign a PDF form without printing it — on your own computer? You can sign forms with your own signature with the help of your mouse, in the same way as you would do with a pen. However, the signature must be your true signature that you made with your own hand. A font that just looks like a signature is not sufficient!

How to sign a PDF form:

PC: Locate the form in your folder and open it with Adobe Acrobat → Fill in & sign → Place signature → make a signature and add it to the correct place on the document.

Mac: Locate the form in your folder and open it for preview. To sign the form: select Tools → Mark up → Signature → Create a signature for yourself that you can then add to the correct place in the document.
