Application for furnished rooms, Spring semester 2025

The application period for furnished rooms for Spring semester 2025 will be opened on the TOAS web site on Tuesday October 15th at 9:00 (UTC+3:00).

Check first the difference between the application types, before you decide to apply. These furnished rooms are meant only for one person per room. If you are coming together with your spouse or family, then you should apply only with the Regular application for family apartments. 

You don’t need to register for myTOAS before you apply (it is not even possible, this application cannot be seen in myTOAS)!

Read all the information about the application, apartment types and the tenancy agreement here. The online application link will be also provided on October 15th 2024 9:00 (UTC +3:00) in that link.
Notice! You must write your passport number OR EU identification number on the application, so make sure to have the number available when submitting the application. When you fill in the application, don’t leave any fields empty. Notice, that if you want to wish for a specific building, area, rent amount or apartment type, or to live with a friend, this must be clearly written on the “wishes concerning the application”- field at the end of the page. The application has only one page. We do not accept any wishes made after submitting the application!

New students of Spring semester 2025 are the priority with this application.

The application has been successfully submitted when you see a “Your application has been submitted” text and receive a confirmation email (check your junk mail as well). If you see a white blank site, then the application will not come through. Please notice that the offers are made manually and it might take some weeks to get the possible accommodation offer via email.

NOTICE: you may fill in the application only once. If you submit the application again, it will delete the previous application.  It is possible to receive only one offer with the application. The offers are done manually, so it will take several weeks to receive the possible offer.

The tenancy agreements and rental payments will start from January 1st, and the tenancy agreement will be fixed term agreement until May 31st 2025 (starting from 2024 the tenancy agreements in the furnished rooms can be done only for one academic year). If you are a Degree student, then you will need to apply to change to an unfurnished room after Spring.

Notice, that January 1st is the New Year’s Day, so no keys can be taken then, TOAS office is also closed that day. The keys can be taken from January 2nd onwards. 

 

NOTICE: if you choose to apply for the UNFURNISHED rooms with the Regular application, the waiting time for an unfurnished STUDIO apartment is over 6 months. Waiting time for an unfurnished room in a shared apartment is from a week to a couple of months.
