We send monthly feedback surveys to our tenants to help us develop our operations. Thank you to everyone who has responded to the surveys and helped to develop our operations – and a big thank you in advance for your future answers!

We review the feedback regularly and take action based on it. This year, we have taken various measures, for example regarding the cleanliness of stairwells and storage spaces. In addition, we have increased sauna shifts in locations where sauna usage rate has been high. All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for Finnkino movie tickets.
