By giving feedback, you can develop our operations – and win cinema tickets

We send our residents feedback surveys monthly. With the help of the surveys, we can continuously develop our operations. In the surveys, we ask new residents and residents who are moving out for feedback about the smoothness of the moving process. We also ask those who submitted fault reports about the handling of the report. In addition, last autumn we started collecting feedback about living in a TOAS apartment. We will send this feedback survey every month to randomly selected residents at every location.
Feedback surveys are an important channel for TOAS to receive information on what it’s like to live in a TOAS apartment. We have used feedback surveys for years to improve our operating models and instructions. For example, we have changed the operating of maintenance companies on the basis of feedback.
In the future, the surveys will be sent via our new partner, Buenno. Residents will receive the survey by SMS or email. All survey respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win Finnkino cinema tickets.
