There are water meters in each apartment. From 1 January 2024 in addition to the rent, the tenant pays a usage fee and water fee according to consumption. The water billing price is based on the water and electricity utility’s prices. The estimated portion of the water fee is deducted from the square meter rent. Shared apartment’s tenants will have a fixed monthly water fee of 15 e, as individual consumption monitoring is not possible in shared apartments.

Kitchens include a standard stove, a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-chiller/freezer. Some apartments have connections for a washing machine and/or a dishwasher, see washing machine information under “Documents”. Flats are equipped with entrance, kitchen desktop and bathroom/toilet light fixtures as well as fire alarms required by the law.
There are two storage rooms in each building: in building 1: storages 1-11 & 12-19 (on the A-block side), in house 2: storages 20-23 & 24-49. Tenants of 20-23 should use the outer door of the D-block, from which the corridor to the right, where you can find those four storages (the key is not accessible through any other way). Storages 24-49 are at the end of the house. Tenants need to get their own lock to the property storage door.
Bicycle storage can be found in a separate storage building on the yard and outdoors equipment storage in the B-block. Waste collection units are located in the court yard. Tenants have to change fuses by themselves. No balconies in the third floor apartments in blocks A and B.
