Renovated in 2013. The kitchen includes a standard stove, a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-chiller. A dishwasher can be installed in each apartment, but there is no possibility of installing a laundry machine. Each flat is equipped with kitchen desktop and bathroom light fixtures as well as fire alarms required by the law. Waste collection units located on the yard area. Tenants need to get their own locks to the property storage door. There are no guest parking possibilities in the yard.
