Our new Rauhaniemi 32 location was complited in the summer of 2024 next to the old Rauhaniemi houses in a wonderful location close to Näsijärvi and Kauppi terrains.
The new buildings have been built in a great location in Rauhaniemi and has 151 modern apartments for the various needs of student life – andeach apartment is equipped with their own dishwasher. Especially for sauna and outdoor enthusiasts, this location has a lot to offer: in addition to the house’s own sauna, there is the popular Rauhaniemi sauna and winter swimming possibility next door and the versatile trails invite you to nature.
There are water meters in each apartment, ie the tenant pays a water fee according to consumption. The water billing price is based on the water and electricity utility’s prices.
