Kitchens include a standard stove, a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-chiller/freezer. Apartments in A-F-blocks have connections for a laundry machine and a dishwasher. Apartments in G-H-blocks connections for a laundry machine, some apartments also have a connection for a dishwasher. The suitability of the dishwasher can only be found out on the spot.

Flats are equipped with light fixtures in the rooms, on kitchen desktops and in the bathroom as well as fire alarms required by the law. Waste collection units are in the court yard close to the parking lot. Bicycle ports are on the yard of each block. There is a hobby room for tenant’s use in the A-block.
