TOAS transformed an office buildung to a student house that has all the best qualities: nearby to everything, restaurants in the same building (take out-yum yum) and peculiar plan solutions. It’s everyone’s cup of tea!
Ilmari is a part of a plan development project and the goal is to demolish the old house and build a new one. The more detailed timetable for the project is not yet known. We hope that the plan drafts will be available soon.

Kitchens feature a stove, oven and a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-chiller or a refrigerator-freezer. Some apartments have connections for a washing machine and/or a dishwasher. The suitability of the dishwasher or a washing machine can only be found out on the spot. Flats are equipped with kitchen desktop- and bathroom light fixtures. Shared apartments also have ceiling lamp in the kitchen. Apartments also have fire alarms required by the law.
Waste containers for mixed waste can be found form the garage, containers for bio waste etc. can be found from the parking lot outside. Property storages are divided into two different storage rooms. Tenants need to get their own lock to the property storage door. The building main door can be opened with a code given by the housing office.
