Internet connection change of contracts that started before July
28.08.2025We have informed you about the internet connection change in our previous newsletters, and the immediately open broadband connection is already in use by all our new tenants. The last change will be made starting on 1st September for all tenancy agreements that started before 1st of July 2025. The connections will be changed in stages, and the change will take about 2 weeks to take effect, after which everyone will have a ready-to-use internet connection.
In the future, the internet connection in all our apartments will be ready to use immediately when the tenant moves in. This means that tenants no longer need to register as a Telia customer and make a contract or terminate it when moving out. If you have purchased additional speed for your broadband subscription, this agreement will remain in effect until you terminate your contractyourself.
The broadband operates normally at the same speed as before, 200 Mbit/s. Additional speed cannot be purchased from Telia for the new broadband connection.
In case of any problems, the tenant should contact Telia customer service, tel. 0200 11611 (mcc/lnc). When calling, emphasize that it is about TOAS and free internet connection so that the Telia customer service representative understands the situation.
