The plan for Rauhaniemi has been confirmed in the fall of 2018. The project for demolition and replacement of the Rauhaniemi houses with new buildings has progressed so that demolition work for the first houses has been done and one new house is under construction. The project will be carried out in stages, one house at a time. The entire project is expected to be completed in 2027.
Note! Part of the plot area is a construction site, which may cause noise nuisance to the other houses.
The houses will be demolished in stages and it is not possible to apply for the location anymore. Tenancy agreements are made only fixed-term until 31 October 2024.

The kitchen includes a stove and a refrigerator. Some apartments have connections for a washing machine and/or a dishwasher. The suitability of the dishwasher or a washing machine can only be found out on the spot.
