Kitchens include a standard stove, a cooker hood (connected to the building’s ventilation system) and a refrigerator-freezer. Apartments in C-, D-, E- and F-bloks have connections for a laundry machine and a dishwasher. You cannot install a dishwasher in the following B-block apartments (2h+k 52,0 m2): B29, B31, B32, B34, B35, B37, B38 B40, B41 B43, B44 B46, B47 B49.

Flats are equipped with all light fixtures and fire alarms required by the law. The alarms have an AC power and a backup battery. Tenants need to report to the maintenance company if the batteries are dying or the alarm is faulty or not functioning properly. Alarm beeps once per minute if the battery is dying. False alarm may be ended by pushing the test-button. The alarm will end within 10 seconds. Tenant has to test the alarm once a month. Tenants should not in any circumstances change the battery by themselves.
