Picking up keys from TOAS office on moving day 1 March

Moving day is Tuesday 1 March. Please note the following when you come to pick up the keys:

• TOAS office is open 8.15 am – 3.30 pm. The office has face-to-face service only in matters related to picking up the keys. If you need a storage cage or a parking space, please take care of inquiries and reservations in advance.
• Only a limited amount of clients are allowed in the office at the same time so be prepared to queue outside the office.
• Don’t come if you are sick or even with mild symptoms -> write a letter of authorization for someone else (sample printable at www.toas.fi)
• return your keys in an envelope with your name and TOAS address written on it to the drop box next to the office door
• key transfer agreements to TOAS office by email or to the drop box next to the office door
• Matters related to the condition / inspections of the apartment can be sent to the Property Maintenance Department via e-mail: isannointi@toas.fi or by calling 0800 95560 (dial 3)
• phone and email are exceptionally open from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm
