Picking up and returning keys at TOAS office on moving day 2 January

Moving day is Tuesday 2 January. Please note the following when you come to pick up the keys:

• TOAS office is open 8.15 am – 3.30 pm. The office has face-to-face service only in matters related to picking up the keys. If you need a storage cage or a parking space, please take care of inquiries and reservations in advance.
• Only a limited amount of clients are allowed in the office at the same time and there is a lot of people moving so be prepared to queue outside the office.
• Take your ID ready to get the keys
• We are serving glögi (traditional Finnish hot beverage) inside the office to keep you warm

Returning the keys:

• Return your keys in an envelope with your name and TOAS address written on it to the drop box next to the office door
• Key transfer agreements to TOAS office by email or to the drop box next to the office door

Phone and email are exceptionally open from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm
