Opening hours for the end of the year and beginning of next year

From Monday, 14 December 2020 until the end of the year our office will serve clients face-to-face in matters related to picking up keys on weekdays only between 12 noon and 3.30. When you arrive at the office, call 0800 95560 from the door and you will be let in.

The electronic services and phone will be open normally from 9 am to 3.30 pm.

End of year and beginning of the next year opening hours:

• 23 December the office has no transactions, customer service is open from 9 am to 1 pm through electronic channels and telephone
• 24–27 December we quiet down for Christmas and our office is closed
• 28–30 December office open to customers from 12–3.30, electronic services and telephone from 9 to 3.30
• 31 December office and electronic services and telephone open to customers from 9 am to 3.30 pm
• 1 January 2021 office is closed
• 4 January 2021 there will be a separate instruction for picking up the keys
