Instructions for the moving day on 1 September

Moving day is Tuesday 1 September. In order to protect our customers and staff on the moving day, exceptional steps are being taken to comply with the corona virus protection guidelines. Thank you for following the instructions below.

• the office will only hand out keys according to the announced schedule, no other matters will be handled face to face
• there can only be 10 clients inside the office at the same time, so be prepared to queue outside the office
• don’t come to the office if in quarantine, sick or even with mild symptoms  -> give a power of attorney to someone else
• remember good hand hygiene and safety distance
• return the keys to the mailbox next to the office door in an envelope with the tenant’s name and address written on it
• the key transfer agreements via email or leave the paper to the mailbox
• apartment condition / inspection issues can be emailed to isannointi@toas.fi or by calling 0800 95560 (dial 3)
• telephone and email are exceptionally open from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm
