Customer service related to rent and deposit will be transferred to Intrum Oy29.01.2024
We are enhancing our customer service by expanding our cooperation with the credit management expert company Intrum Oy. Intrum will handle the customer service related to the payment of rents and deposits in the future. In the past, Intrum has been responsible for the debt collection of TOAS. By expanding cooperation, we free up resources for other customer service.
The cooperation will start on February 1, 2024. Paying the rent itself remains the same for the tenant.
If you receive a payment reminder or debt collection letter, please contact Intrum using the contact information in the letter, it will speed up the investigation. Otherwise, this change does not require a different way of operating from our tenants.
Contact information for payment supervision of Intrum
In the future, TOAS tenants will get service in payment matters from Intrum Oy’s payment supervision. Especially if you have payment difficulties, contact the payment control as soon as possible.
Telephone service: Mon-Fri from 7:30 am to 8 pm and Sat from 9 am to 4 pm at 09 2291 1798 (mcc/lnc).
In other matters of TOAS, such as applying for a rental apartment and making a contract, you can still contact TOAS customer service via electronic services. If necessary, you can also contact us by phone 0800 95560 or email email@example.com.
