Applications for all our new locations are now open

Now you can apply as a tenant to all of our houses that will be completed in 2025: Hippos 1D house, Rauhaniemi 34 and Willa Amanda!

101 apartments of 27.5 to 42 square meters will be completed in Willa Amanda. The location will be completed in the summer and rental agreements will start on estimate on 1st of August.

According to the estimate, the agreements for the Rauhaniemi 34 house can start on September 1st. 84 apartments of 30.5 – 48 square meters will be completed in the building.

Hippos’ next building, 1D, will be completed in the summer and the contracts will start on estimate on August 1st. There will be a total of 83 apartments in the 1D building.

Note! When you apply to Rauhaniemi 34 and Hippos, you can get an offer for a house that is already completed, because all applications are generally directed under the same location number, i.e. there is no separate application system for new apartments.
