2.08.2024We send monthly feedback surveys to our tenants to help us develop our operations.
In the surveys, we ask new and moving tenants for feedback on the smoothness of the moving process and those who have submitted a fault report for feedback on the handling of the reports. We also collect monthly feedback on each location from randomly selected tenants. All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for Finnkino cinema tickets.
Based on the feedback, we have already taken a wide range of measures, such as the maintenance of the outdoor areas of our locations and general cleanliness. We have ordered repairs and renovations for buildings’ saunas and have taken note of many wishes for different locations.
