TOASnet is a free of charge Internet connection available for all TOAS tenants. In most of TOAS locations, the connection is an Ethernet connection. Tenants must have their own network cable. The speed of the Ethernet connection is 100/100 Mbit/s*. In some locations the connection is VDSL2 which requires a modem. The modem can be found in the apartment/room. The locations with VDSL2 connection are 200 (blocks B–E), 205, 260, 460, 495, 496, 510, 520, 610, 730.
TOAS does not provide a router for the Ethernet locations. Should the tenants wish to have their own WIFI, they need to buy the service router themselves. In location 155 TOASnet is only WIFI. Tenants of the location 155 will receive their username and password at TOAS office.
Registration to TOASnet
TOASnet is free of charge but requires a registration to the service provider Telia. It can be made by calling to the Telia customer service number: 0200 11611 (mobile operator’s network charge). When moving out, the tenant must terminate the internet connection by calling to the same number. More information on the registration here.
